This season has been extremely stressful for us as it has for many others out there. The owners (Brian and his wife, Amanda) were very informative, kind, and understanding with our situation. They truly treated us like family and took such good care of us. We had a gas leak and were having issues getting all the information we needed for things and they explained everything for us and took care of it all. I can’t explain how thankful for them I am. They have a customer for life with us.

I chose this company because of their reviews, but after speaking to other plumbing professionals, I was over charged by $400-$500. John was good and I had no issue with him. He fixed a leak from my spigots on both outdoor faucet by simply screwing on an adapter. The part is easily less than $20. Cost….$390. Then he removed the plug from my new garbage disposal that was causing water to backup. Cost….$259 and I paid the $89 dispatch fee. Total cost to screw on 2 adapters and remove plug from garbage disposal….$738. Literally 20 mins of actual labor. I respect the job John did and I chose to accept it and pay, but this cost is the definition of highway robbery. The company prices are what they are, but in the future I will likely seek a different option next time I need plumbing services.

I originally called this place because my spigot stem had broken in my wall. They weren’t going to be able to get to me right away, so I made an appointment, then later, a neighbor was able to free it up for me. I forgot to cancel until they were ready to come out here, but when I explained to the woman on the phone that I no longer needed the service, she was polite and professional. Customer service goes a long way, and I’ll definitely call them if I have another issue.
