They actually had a hard time installing my new dishwasher , it took them awhike to finally get it in a d wirking properly and they are outrageously expensive. The cost for installation was just as much as my new dishwasher. I won’t be using Roto rooter again.

A total scam of a company!!! Pleae dont use them and try any other local plumber. Had my bathtub faucet leaking and they came out and tried for 5 minutes and told me they couldnt get the cartridge housing off and the entire bathroom faucet and lever need to be completely replaced. They charged me 165 for “their 5 minutes of hard work”. They were quick to give me a price of around $700 in labor for the replacement and declined to have the 165 that I paid to them credited towards the replacement. Even better I had a plumber come out the next day and take the part right off and changed the cartridge and stopped the leak. Charged me $50!!!

Christopher brulloths, was our plumber, incredibly sweet, and funny. Very pleasant company to deal with, they came out right away, sat down and explained everything in detail, and got the work done in a timely manner. This was my first time with the company, will definitely be using then again in the future!

Jesse Aguayo is the man , very knowledgeable, professional, kind and very humble. He got the job done and that’s why I use Roto Rooter. It was raining and cold and they worked outside and they got the job done at our facility. That other guys are good but he is the best. In general the company are great . Keep it up Roto Rooter by hiring the best people.

Very professional. They were able to come right away and even sent a text to confirm eta and a photo of the technician so I would know who to expect. Efficient and took a minute to explain what they found in an easy to comprehend manner. Would definitely call them again as well as recommend them. Juan & Ricky were a great team!
