Aldo throughly explained the repiping process in a way I could understand. The project began on time and went smoothly. The men worked as a team and always cleaned up after themselves. The work was completed in record time. Upon completion, all 53 wall openings were closed/covered and painted. I cannot tell where the walls were opened. Beautiful job. I am thrilled with the esthetics and my pipes work wonderfully. The pressure is perfect and I get hot water almost instantly. No more wasted water for us! I highly recommend Loyalty Plumbing. I also want to thank them for lending me a generator during hurricane Beryl. Aldo installed the unit and even gave us ample fuel. He treated us like family! It doesn’t get better than that, folks.

arrived on time and friendly. I was told job could be $450 then he was able to save me$ and only charged me $350. I was told by my installer shouldn’t have cost more than $150. I guess they took advantage of a senior citizen.

Aldo came out to service the issue we were having with low water pressure. He asked questions and was able to advise what could be the cause of low pressure. I’ve used Loyalty plumbing before and have never been disappointed. Technicians have been extremely professionalism and thorough in explaining the root cause of the issue. I highly recommend them to anyone having plumbing issues!!!
