FIX IT Services is a top notch company. I want to thank John for servicing my AC. He was very patient about explaining what was wrong and how he fixed it. They also installed my water softener which works wonderfully. Thank you all for taking care of my home.

Not so good. $99 up front to only be told by plumber it was going to be an additional 800 for a simple swap out of exiting to new, basically the same system. Maybe go with a general plumber or do it yourself for a small job.
