Came home to a leaking water softener, made a few inquires on Yelp for repairs. I had another company come out first to diagnose, but they didn’t quite have the expertise and said they’d have to get back to me. In the meanwhile, I kept searching and Plumbing Outfitters was next on the list. They came out the next morning, Kyle – is as professional as they come. AND they had the resources to diagnose the issue. They were able to identify the part needed to fix the issue and gave me estimates on the spot. They did NOT even try to push any additional services and it was actually MY idea to replace the whole (aging) system. It took a couple of days for the new water softener to get in (I purchased it myself from Home Depot), Plumbing Outfitters worked around the delivery from Home Depot, insuring that I was an priority to perform the install for me. Kyle messaged me the morning of the install and asked if he could come EARLIER than the initial time frame. Who has heard of this? Being early? If you aren’t early, you’re late. I am very pleased with the thorough job provided by Kyle, absolutely exceptional. Thank you Plumbing Outfitters, for having an employee like Kyle.

Chris from Plumbing Outfitters is Amazing We had an issue with our bathroom sink and I scheduled a service ASAP.
