Gold Medal Plumbing showed up promptly. Fisher, Rachel, and Marshall were very thorough and attentive. They had to get creative when a huge branch fell on the outside faucet and snapped it below ground level. They did an excellent job restoring the water. Now if we could just get our power back on!

I would recommend these guys to anyone in a heartbeat. Fisher and Marshall came by early and addressed an A/C drain issue that had caused the upstairs air conditioning to shut off for several days during the summer. Both an HVAC and plumbing company had come by previously and were unsuccessful in repairing the issue. They were courteous, very hardworking and professional. Ultimately, they were able to get the air conditioner working the same day at a tremendously cheaper price than the 6,000.00 quote given by another company. They don’t try to upsell you on anything and will give you their honest opinion along the way. They even called to make sure things were still working later that evening. Follow through is hard to come by these days. Give them a call if you need any plumbing issue addressed and you will be highly satisfied with the result.

We moved into a new house and had a tankless water heater issue. He fixed the problem and checked and cleaned it. I asked about another potential problem with the garbage disposal. He diagnosed the problem, gave me my options and clearly explained each one. He recommended the cheapest option, which I greatly appreciated. Their service was great, their prices were very good and he didn’t try to oversell me on repairs. I highly recommend this company. I am new to this area and they will be the company for all of our plumbing needs. Thank you for outstanding service.
