They charged me $13000 to repair a drain line under the slab. Encountered issues recently, they don’t answer the phone or call me back. Will file complaints with the city of San Antonio and state soon . Strike team will not allow owner to register or pull permits again. Then aging, they didn’t even pull permits for my project. It’s been a long journey, now I have a hard time trusting any trade.

These guys were great. For hundreds less than others, they cleared my main line out to the sewer. Easy. Simple. Like it should be. No price gouging or trickery. They are my new go-to.

Guarantee plumbing “cleared” a blockage for us in January only to find out that they only pushed back the blockage deeper into the drain line and now we cannot use our shower. We called to inform them but they are wanting to charge us anyway. This is a service they did not fix and I would not recommend this company to anyone. We spent over $800 for them to fix our issue only to cause another problem. Very disappointed with this company. Do not use them unless you want to waste your money.

I dont know why they only have a 3.9…they deserve a 5. They went above and beyond for our family today. I was having issues with my toilet draining and I called and talked to Audra and explained that I had an elderly mother and she instantly got someone to head out. Thank you…Luis and other man worked hard and fixed the issues. Took their time and cleaned up from the muddy mess of putting in a clean out. And the best of all, very reasonable…must use this company…
