They did a very professional, thorough review, and repair of my toilet issue. Kaden and Shelli We’re very nice, professional, and make me feel comfortable with the service provided. I do think the pricing is expensive, but I was overall pleased with the service and repair provided.

When Jason arrived, in the pouring rain, he went straight to work with diagnostic tools to figure out the root of our problem. We are grateful that our problems were figured out at the source in the bathroom and upstream. He was very kind and mostly thorough finding what had failed and exactly what needed to be fixed in our home. Thanks, Jason, for all your work and help. We look forward to having the crew out tomorrow to get the work done.

Beginning with the staff who answer chats and phones my experience was outstanding. Ryan was my technician, he and Kristin and Loren (not sure of the spelling) kept me informed as to when Ryan would arrive. He arrived on time, kept me informed throughout the process, let me know the issue and pricing up front. He then addressed the issue and double checked the fix once addressed. He was informative, knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service. I highly recommend S&D plumbing and their entire staff. Thank you Ryan for saving the day!

Called S&D this afternoon for a repair to my irrigation system. Communication to make appointment thru arrival was excellent. Polite and professional, up front about service call fee’s. Techs (Blaine and Ryan) arrived on time and were great. They were assessed the issue and provided me a reasonable quote. They had the repair done within in an hour. Great company all around. Will use them in the future.

These guys are awesome! Perfect customer service and communication from scheduling to finish. I have had low water pressure for months and only warm water in a shower. S&D plumber was quick to solve both problems. Replaced a bad regulator by the street and replaced a part in the shower handle. Having purchased the S&D VIP maintenance program in an earlier service, the plumber also did a whole house plumbing inspection which included flushing my hot water heater. S&D plumbing knows their stuff! I’m a happy customer, singing in a hot shower!

Will never use again. I called to scheduled changing out a toilet in a 2 year old house. They said they could give me a ball park estimate until the plumbers arrived. When they did I was 39 weeks, 5 days pregnant. They quoted us $753 dollars (we supplied the toilet). They did the work in less than 2 hours. When Lorenzo and Christine P. the plumber and apprentice left. Christine had to nerve to ask my husband for a review based on the fact that she was a woman. Will never use again!

They don’t disclose prices and procedures over the phone. The technician will show up and tell you the price in addition to service/trip fee. Even if you decide not to go with their service, you end up paying for their trip for no reason. 10 minutes of leak detection cost me $475.
