Great experience with Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection. Noticed a warm spot on the tile in our kitchen and hot water coming out of the kitchen sink for a few seconds with the faucet turned to cold. Called and spoke to Jack who was great and got me on the schedule later that day. Mario arrived promptly and quickly determined that we had a slab leak and proposed a reroute of the hot water line instead of breaking up the kitchen floor and slab. Mario provided a quote for the reroute as well as installation of a new water heater (at my request) which I thought was very reasonable considering the work to be performed. Mario and his crew showed up the next morning and completed the reroute and water heater installation in just a few hours and thoroughly cleaned up and got everything back in place after the work was done. Even though the reroute proved to be a bit more difficult than planned, I wasn’t charged extra. Would highly recommend Jack and Mario and their team.
