Neches Plumbing and its outstanding plumbers have saved my life — and that of my aimals and livestock — once again! A small water leak can wreck havoc on a small ranch, but Neches’ plumbers not only solved the leak, they went beyond the call of duty to be sure that it didn’t happen again! During a prior call, they easily solved a drainage issue, as well. They work quickly and I have never had a problem with their repairs, and new installations… and we’re talking several years. We are all very happy campers thanks to Tina, Chip, JD, Richie and Ryan!

Great service quality work! Edited this review after the cold snap in ’24. Wayne and Chip helped identify the problem as being on the city side of our meter after a week of the city saying it was on ours. Thank you Wayne and Chip for helping get our water back after a week! Would rate higher if I could!

Great service. Tina in customer service was friendly and had repairman out same day. Wayne repaired leak. Fast and professional. Great job. Highly recommend. Will call them again for service.

WAY too expensive. I called them out to my house to get my gas turned back on and to fix a pipe. I paid them 1,173 dollars and neither issue was fixed. That will cost another 5k.

So we went on vacation and came home to a broken pipe. Called Neches Plumbing to fix the problem. Nicholas and Jake performed the work. These 2 were very professional and knowledgeable. Answered every question I had and explained thoroughly the steps to fix the issue. I recommend their services for any plumbing needs.

Wayne arrived very quickly and was done with three separate issues in under an hour. What I thought would be a several hundred dollars job ended up being under $200. He was professional, friendly, explained what he needed to do and got straight to work. Couldn’t be happier!
