We had a burst pipe called Randy on a Sat evening , they have worked diligent to fix our problems. We have an older home and when they went to fix the initial pipe, they repaired other things that needed immediate attention. I would recommend First Response Plumbing with all your plumbing needs . Very satisfied with service and will use them in the future

We had a horrible experience. Our Home Warranty referred and sent a tech from this Plumbing company 3 days ago. The tech, Xavier was very rude and unpleasant. We tried to f/up with the Home Warranty people but they said First Response never gave them a report. We’ve been without hot water since the Water Heater unit leaked, and tried calling First Response back but their phone voicemail box is full. We called the phone # Xavier gave us and it was a # for an Electrician. OMG, we’re so frustrated, and the $85/service fee is gone without any sign of recovery. Please avoid this company if you can. There should be no excuse for this kind of service no matter how busy they might be.

I needed a new water heater after my old one (16 years+) was showing rusty discharge on the outside. A local plumber confirmed this heater was probably on its way out but the quote they gave me for an install of a new unit was a bit too expensive for my liking. I ended up going through my home warranty company and they referred first response plumbing to me. I’m glad they did. Chason came out to do my initial assessment and agreed the heater was in need of replacement. He explained the process and how it works with the home warranty. We got that squared away and I was later contacted to set up an install time after the claim was approved. The day of install Xavier and Anthony showed up. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. The install went without any problems and was done in only a couple of hours with both of the guys cleaning up and leaving the garage look even better than when they came in! All in all, couldn’t really ask for a better install and I’ll absolutely be using first response plumbing if I have any further needs in the future!! Highly recommended!

As an investor with several rental properties, I can say HANDS DOWN that First Response Plumbing is THE BEST plumbing company in the DFW area. I have tried several plumbing services and they either took too long to come out, charged too much, or did so so work. First Response has ALWASY responded quickly, charged a fair price, and did excellent plumbing work. Dont waste time calling anyone else, 1st Response plumbing should be your 1st call for plumbing needs, one & done!

Had these guys come out to look at my water heater for warranty and Joey was my techincian who did the repair. Joey was very professional, courteous and thorough. He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had while working. If you want it done right ask for Joey, I certainly will!

First of all their communication if terrible, I had an appointment scheduled after being without hot water for 3 weeks and they no showed. I had to call them to figure out what was going on and where they were. they made crappy excuses as to why they had not shown up and what was taking so long to not get the part they needed. Then after supposedly “fixing” the problem five minutes into a hot shower it turns cold. When I call to tell them the issue they said it’s not their problem and have someone else deal with

They came out through warranty company. Walked in and out as he was in area. Warranty company was providing tank. Informed that they would charge an additional $2200 on top of tank cost. Rip off. Had Baker Brothers do it for less including tank and all upgrades. Now they keep billing me $45 and charging late fees and threatening a lien over $45. It’s not the money it’s about ripping people off. Don’t mess with these unprofessional small companies like First Response.
