🚨🚨🚨PSA🚨🚨🚨… 🚫DO NOT🚫 I REPEAT 🚫DO NOT🚫 work with this company they are affiliated with Premium Home Services if you are to search what this said company you will know that this plumbing service is not a reputable nor license company. I called the company for a service quote and was charged $99 before anybody can come out with said schedule time to come out was the same day between 11 and 1pm and did not come out till the next day at 7pm. This dude quoted me $318 and requested to be paid before he gets started so I paid him through cash app because the link he sent was trash and this dude puts a hose in the pipe and ran the 💦 and checked the kitchen sink, 💦 came out of our sink and stated his going to have to charge extra because it’s a kitchen Island 😔… the dude did not complete any job flooded my whole kitchen and water ran through the living room carpet 😭 only good thing was I have 5 kids to help rushed to get as much towels to get rid of the 💦. At the end of the day the guy wanted an additional $950 to use an equipment that can potentially due more damage than good and yes like an idiot we paid this dude for the equipment and finally decided to wait and seek a second opinion only to find out the cost was $350 with a snake and a camera to clear the pipe I quickly called the original guy to cancel and requested a refund for the additional $950 and agreed to refund amount and now it’s been 3 days and the dude have not returned my calls nor text for that refund… Thankfully I have an awesome bank to file a claim for fraudulent merchant and refunded the $950 lost smh… 😔 😮‍💨 By the way the guys name is Randall Horn not sure to trust if that’s actually his real name and additional to that he came with and individual that stayed in the truck the whole entire time 😔 smdh… Looking to get a security camera installed now!!!

I called at 8am 1/4/2023 and made a appointment from 11-2pm my tenant had to take off work to wait for there window. Come 4pm they called the tenant and said they will be late. I called at 630pm and they said they are on there way. Come 8pm no show no answer no call. Its Jan 5 at 10am and they didnt call to apologize and or try to accommodate there mistake. I hate they way businesses are doing this what the freak is happening in America.

I believe I clearly communicated that I wanted an estimate for a large job. Ally wanted to charge a $99 service just to come and bid on the job. I got the impression that their business model is to rope desperate clients into jobs with this tactic. Immediately hung up on me when I said I was not going to pay the service charge.

David from Ally Plumbing Company was very professional and had a very strong positive attitude and very good energy. And fixed my plumbing issues that fall under bravery. I recommend him, a great plumber. Thank you.

Quoted me a price of almost $400 dollars more than I was able to get it done. It was one simple clogged toilet and they wanted $600…beyond ridiculous. And then acted offended and rude when I declined having them preform the work. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

The guys at the counter were super knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was able to get exactly what I needed. I will definitely visit them the next time I have plumbing needs

The plumber was on-time, polite, informative and a pleasure to have at our house. If we need anything else we’ll certainly call Ally Plumbing Company.We will definitely recommend them to any of our friends and neighbors who have plumbing needs and concerns.

They assessed the problem provided a solution and gave a very good price on replacing our hot water tank. I shopped around and even went to Dan who told me it was a good price. The technician was clean and precise with his work. You could tell he took pride in a good job. I highly recommend using Ally Plumbing Company
