I called the office this morning and Luis was here about 4:00. He changed the blower fan and had me complete by 5:30 He did an excellent job and very nice. He also checked the freon levels while he was here.

Online appointments, a call to confirm the issue, tracking for when the plumber will arrive, what more could you ask for. Great service, James was very knowledgeable and helpful. Chose to use Earl’s over my Home Warranty since they don’t allow choosing of vendors..Worth the extra money. Will use them again!

Amazing service! Called for an issue with a mini split on a Saturday and they arrived in less than an hour. Then came back on Monday and serviced our central unit. And the price can’t be beat! Very happy customers in Shallowater!!
