Graham’s professionalism and depth of expertise truly amazed me. As a real estate broker, I’m now advertising a home that had a water heater installed in the past but still required a drain. The plumber who had originally installed the drain suddenly quoted a price that was ten times more when we called them. I called Kyle Plumbing because I was asked to get a second opinion by the seller. Graham came out, examined everything, and told me there wouldn’t be a need for a drain if the water heater drained onto concrete. It goes without saying that the sellers were delighted with this evaluation, and we were all extremely grateful for his candor. On top of that, he was extremely NICE! To top it all off, we weren’t even charged for the consultation from him. Needless to say, Graham’s integrity, expertise, and exceptional service left sellers and me utterly delighted. Strongly suggest him!

Our sink disposal needed to be replaced a few years ago. Kyle Plumbing was easy to work with and responded quickly. I called in today with a fresh problem, and the person on the other end utilized my phone number to call up a ton of information about the previous job, all while I was speaking. I experienced the same thing today: the call was kind, the service was quite quick (it took about an hour and a half from the time I called to the task being finished), and the cost was affordable overall. When you need dependable service done quickly, this is the firm to contact.

Kyle Plumbing is great! He was punctual for our gas water heater repair appointment the next day. He had most of the parts needed to fix the problem in his vehicle and could provide a cheaper onsite quote. Highly recommend these individuals! I love that you get a tracking link to check their appointment progress.
