Hello. I normally don’t have time for reviews. However, this is necessary. So, the wife and I are busy, so rather than do some minor plumbing repairs ourselves, we figured we would just let a local company take care of it. The repair consisted of replacing a toilet flapper, shower head, and two cartridges. Surprisingly, the plumber refused to give any sort of ball park estimate while at the house face to face. Later I received an email with an attached estimate for approximately $1300.00. Obviously, that was completely ridiculous. I went and purchased a $7.00 flapper, the cartridges were available on Amazon for $5.19 each, and the shower head was less than $30.00. It took me less than two hours of total work time to complete the repairs. I’m entitled to my opinion, and my opinion is that the estimate was morally wrong and bad business. I will never spend a single dime with these people and I do not recommend them.

We had a clogged drain pipe to sewer. This was causing major issues with shower & toilet. Called Holloway Plumbing because of great service years ago. They still give great customer service, puntual appt time, knowledgeable plumbers who care & affordable pricing. Hector was fantastic & we really appreciate his expertise & service. Highly recommend!!!!

Professional, timely, knowledgeable, thorough and price was right. Hector and Eric were at our home in Bandera withing 30 minutes of our call. They found the problem, solved it and rechecked to see that all was clear. I will definitely call Holloway Plumbing again.

We live in Bandera which is not exactly nearby for Holloway .. but anytime we call for service they are here for us ASAP. The guys are always helpful, explain everything, and respectful of this older lady.

We called Holloway concerning water softener system. Our landlord chose a different path for this system but the plumber was very helpful and thorough in identifying our issue. Highly recommend.
