I called on a Friday afternoon regarding a leaking water main, they told me a plumber would be at my home 8am Saturday. I called them after 9am on Saturday and was told they don’t do plumbing on a weekend.

I did fill a survey already but here is my feedback again: The Technician did an excellent job, showed up on time, and tested the free flow through the repaired sink before leaving ….. The price of $482/- for less than 30 mins work is outrageous…. It wasn’t an open heart surgery to open a blocked arteries…but it was a good job.

Worked with them for water restoration. Work was completed, but follow up customer service was very poor. I called them multiple times to check if drying was 100% through the tiles but nobody has time to respond and attend to it. No one ready to attend to it and even when I set up a time, nobody bothered to show up. Called up their customer service multiple times and still nothing happened. Disappointing customer service.

RRPW came as promised to repair the water faucet drip in the tub in our guest bathroom. However, after the first technician installed a new faucet cartridge and left, the faucet continued to drip. The actual repair took about an hour. I had to call RRPW again and schedule another technician to come out and repair the faucet again. Several hours later, the new technician arrived and installed another new cartridge, the drip stopped. (New technician; new cartridge…?) Additionally, the actual cartridge costs about $65.00. We were charged over $400. for this small job, and that was with a $100. discount! They will also charge you a $99 00 service call, which you will be billed if you don’t like their quote or don’t allow them to repair your fixture or do the job. RRPW will also NOT give you an estimate for this common job over the phone, until they come out, for a $99.00 quote.

Delvin arrived timely and and was very professional. He cleared the clog within 10 minutes and showed me how to use the auger in the event my kids throw something down the toilet again.
