We hired them for our master bath remodeling on the 2nd floor. We had new shower controllers and a new tub that needs plumbing to be rerouted both in and out (Tub only). After we moved back in, we noticed water hammering issue when we use washer, dishwasher, flush toilets (pretty much any high-volume water usage) from the new plumbing work. 3 years later, we had a leak from the tub. Apex sent a crew (same plumber, Justin), but we were told they will not warranty this job, since the job was completed 3 years ago (max 1 yr warranty). Knowing how poorly he had done the initial plumbing work, I wasn’t going to pay for them again, not to mention the patch up cost of finding and hiring a painter to patch up the wall and repainting it. Justin was professional and polite, but we are very frustrated with the problems his plumbing work has caused.

We had a busted pipe today 1/17/24. I did a frantic search for plumbers that would repair plumbing under a house. I came across Apex Plumbing’s 24/7 phone number and called at 5:30 AM. A live person answered and within minutes I had an appointment scheduled for a time frame between 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM. They arrived right after 12:00 PM with apologies for not making it sooner. Within no time at all, the busted pipe was fixed, the water lines were tested and they were on their way. The cost was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Apex Plumbing.

Justin and Derek did a wonderful job. They were able to come earlier than expected. They were very knowledgeable and thorough and the pricing was reasonable. I would highly recommend Apex to anyone needing prompt, friendly, and professional service. Great job!!

Great Company! Was able to efficiently book my appointment through Justin and while his schedule was full, I was able to get a same day appointment with Derick and Adam. They were very professional and were able to address and fix our water leak in an efficient manner. Very knowledgeable plumbers and clear pricing. Will certainly be reaching out to them in the future if/when we have additional plumbing needs.
