Pitch and Gables a month agoWe had Pitch and Gables come to discuss a backyard patio project and Michael seemed nice and knowledgeable. We were informed that a quote will be provided within 2 days. We never heard from him after and I tried contacting him again but did not get a response. That was unprofessional in my opinion.

Main Street Mowing 2 months agoI started using Main Street mowing this March. I signed up for both mowing service and weed/fertilization service. They did a great job with their mow service but I realized their team wasn’t securing my gates properly after leaving. They would only scramble the last digit on my lock prior to leaving. I brought this to Tanner’s attention and he discussed it with his team. Two weeks later their team repeated the same behavior. Additionally, in the two months I was with this company I didn’t receive weed/fertilization once. My understanding from Tanner is they contract the service out to TruGreen. While I understand they can’t control TruGreen, I reached out multiple times to escalate. I’m not sure if they’re still having issues with Trugreen but would recommend reaching out to a different company for this service until they find a new company to contract out to. Unfortunately, I’m considering additional landscaping in my yard and they’ve lost my business due to the lack of concern for my property’s security.
