I called them 1 1/2 weeks ago asking if they were booked because the rest of the plumbers in town were. I said I wanted my faucet knobs exchanged for something a little less sensitive to hard water calcium buildup. I didn’t think it would be over $700. So when I got a quote of $3500 I rightfully rejected that job but asked them to replace the valve stems on what I already have. They said they’d be back in a few days. They weren’t. I constantly called and left voice messages, and got no returned calls. I kept text messaging the guy who texted me about the job, and at first I got a response with him asking me what I needed. Then when I mentioned the small job, he stopped responding to me. You know the type of business run by a professional that works a job, no matter how large or small that job is? THIS AIN’T IT. They want the big bucks and don’t have time for us small fries.

Couldn’t get a return phone call after my call was forwarded to a voice mail message saying to “be patient”. I had an urgent situation and needed somebody ASAP. If you’re too swamped or whatever, say so. Don’t say be patient then never bother to return the call.

The guys at 5 Star Plumbing saved the day at my salon. They came after hours and took care of my hair clog (imagine that lol) so we could be up and working first thing in the morning. Thank you

Joby knows what he’s doing. He may not be what you would think is the perfect customer service person, but he is really, really, really good at what he does. So, perhaps he’s not the perfect customer service person, but you aren’t hiring Mr. Congeniality to come out to work on your pipes, you’re hiring a plumber. And Joby is definitely top notch at what he does.
