CJ, the plumber who came out to our house to help us with our issue, was incredibly professional, funny and patient. He took great care to make sure that he explained the issue in a way that I could understand. He also took the time to suggest methods to avoid this same issue in the future. It was really obvious to me that NCT Plumbing is truly concerned about professionally resolving your plumbing problems. Thank you NCT! Should we ever need plumbing work in the future, you will be the first that we call. Thank you for making the entire process super easy!

I’m looking for a reverse osmosis system. They have a full page on their website about water filters. I called them and they could not quote a price. It is simple. I know that the system is $150 or so, and installation is an hour. I have had this done before. She said they would charge a trip fee of $69, then tell me what it would cost for installation. They do not give hourly rates. They do not carry the filters at their company. Why are they advertising this service? I would have to pay a trip fee to find out what they would charge me. So $70 to get a price. They could quote a flat price and get plenty of customers, but they prefer to play games.

Our technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. Very respectful of our home. This is the company that plumbed our home during the build 7 years ago. We were happier with their work more than any other contractor. Definitely the type of company you want to find!

Call for a broken pipe connceted to my outdoor septic system. Was told they dont do that. Would ask they take outdoor plumbing, sewer and septic off if their website and Google page if its not a service they offer. Otherwise no complaints.
