Arthur fitted a smart home water shutoff valve that keeps track of water consumption for both big and small leaks, and turns off the water if there’s a significant leak. He was proficient, effective, and friendly. Arthur was also patient – he waited a little while for the wifi to connect, even though it’s not really a plumber’s responsibility. This happened in euless.

I reached out to discuss a leaky water heater and the lady on the line at Speedy Local Plumbing LLC was extremely detailed and dedicated ample time to me to ensure the plumber’s appointment was set up accurately. Incredible scheduling experience indeed. Our plumber, Russell, called before his arrival, and he was extremely helpful. He explained everything in detail and did an outstanding job. He even went the extra mile to install a new main water shutoff valve and clear out a hot water line I was struggling with – two tasks that were totally unrelated to my initial call. The whole experience with Speedy Local Plumbing LLC, particularly with Russell, was undoubtedly top-tier, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough to anyone in Euless.

I’m over the moon that I was led to get in touch with Emmanuel. It’s fortunate that I stumbled upon his profile. He picked up my call after only a few rings and even though his plumbing shop was almost shutting down, he kindly offered to come and fix our blocked drain in Euless. He had spare pipes which were useful and didn’t burn a hole in my pocket. Emmanuel followed through and showed up promptly. Under the new management, the service has been excellent and I’m absolutely delighted. Would recommend his plumbing services without a doubt. Good energy, honest, and professional. You can definitely trust joe.

emmanuel did a fantastic job of walking us through the plumbing task. Not only did he finish the job promptly, but he also managed to repair our water filtration system in a way that surpassed our expectations. It’s truly a breath of fresh air to work with a company under new ownership, which now provides top-notch customer service after the job is done. Arthur, Damon, and the rest of the customer service team kept us in the loop until our plumbing issue in Euless was fully resolved. Russell was my plumber this morning. He arrived much later than expected, even after I received a message stating he was on his way. He was slow and inefficient. He left my furniture displaced after he was done, leaving me to sort it out. I am frustrated with this company’s lack of skill and inconsistency.

I called this company for a routine check on my well, but what I got was a complete lack of knowledge and a repairman, Russell, who left me more confused about my well system than before. Russell failed to fix what was broken and took an excessive amount of time. Worse still, he showed no respect for my house and property. I will definitely not be using their services in the future. 1 star all day! Very disappointing!

Emmanuel was horrible, he confused us about our plumbing system and made pointless recommendations on maintenance and replacing the unit when it works. He was also ignorant about water purification systems. Emmanuel installed a whole home water purifier. He did a terrible job, he is awful at explaining all aspects of what he is doing.

Arthur and Joe were absolute amateurs! They treated my mother with rudeness and disrespect by not bothering to explain the services they were providing and they rushed through the quotes for these services. Their work ethic was utterly abysmal! I would not recommend this company!

I needed a plumber today to handle some drainage problems. Unfortunately, this company couldn’t provide an appointment for the same day. I didn’t receive any follow-up call, even though Manuel was 2 hours late! The guy who attempted the work was uninformed, careless, and awful at explaining what was happening. He didn’t provide any useful tips to manage the problem. The issue was handled in an unprofessional and messy manner. It’s disappointing to encounter such incompetent plumbers!

They sent us a plumber from Calvary service. They told us we had a broken pipe and clog six feet under our toilet and they could jackhammer it and our garage for $22,000 and wanted half down that day? We had a another plumbing company come out for a second estimate and opinion and they found a small grease buildup clog in our drain pipe about midway in our living room and had everything fixed for $300. Second plumber said there was nothing wrong with our toilets and added we don’t have a pipe under our garage! Some of these plumbing companies should be ashamed of themselves for doing this to people. This wasn’t a simple mistake this is fraudulent business practices…
