I set up two different dates with this company. I never heard from them on the first day they were supposed to come and fix several water leaks. I called and set up a second appointment. They did not show up for that appointment either even though the second time I called them to double check my timeframe. Not reliable. Not professional. Not responsive.

Mike came over to a house and gave me an estimate for adding a toilet and sink for 3200 including pulling a permit and I have made 50% of the payment already before he started the job. He comes with the crew, does the work and calls me saying work is completed and he has called in for a final inspection by the city on Friday evening and inspection scheduled for Monday morning and I have said I will pay the remaining payment once I get the Green tag by the city. He threatened me that if he doesn’t get paid today then he will remove all of the work that he did which is wrong and trusting him and not to destroy the work that is already done I have made 90% of the payment already and hoping that the city will come over. City never came in for the inspection for about a week and when I called the city to see when they are coming this Select Plumbing Solutions company located in Denison never even registered in the city where they are doing the work and never paid for permit fees which is all fraud. I had to use another master plumber to get the work inspection done and get me a green tag for which I had to pay him separately and much higher price as he didn’t do the work. I would stay away from this plumbing company.

Absolutely terrible Very rude, and unresponsive. I had a gas leak and the gas company shut off my gas and these guys came out took them 8 days to do a few small repairs and get an inspection. My gas was off for 8 days mind you I have 3 small children. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE! I was hung up on and yelled at several time by both the owner and the technician not to mention the ridiculous amount of money they charged!!

Called them out on a Wednesday for a gas leak. They showed up about two hours after we were quoted, looked around for ten minutes and said they would have to come back on Thursday morning. Our gas is shut off because of the leak. No call, no show all day Thursday. We’ve called three times and got the run-around each time. Our gas is still off. Absolutely not even considering this company anymore. We will be calling a different company. We have a toddler in our home and no hot water because they couldn’t come out and do the job they promised.

Very prompt, came out same day as call. Price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend to everyone.

I apsolutly love SPS and would refer them to anyone in need for a plumber. I have used the for years and every time they go out of there way to accommodate my needs. Most recently my septic tank pump went out, and my house was backing up into my house from the tubs and sinks. They came out in the middle of the night and worked through the night to get it done!

Called at 10:00 am on a Saturday due to slow drain in kitchen sink and toilet backing up. Lady said she would send someone out. No call no show on Saturday, here it is 4:00 pm Sunday and still no call no show. If I had not just went to Home Depot and rented a snake I’d still be waiting.

Horrible customer service. Day 1: says I’m to far away from them and they told the warranty company. Day 1 evening: we will just come out tomorrow after 6. Day 2: no call no show. Day 3: sorry we got busy we will come this evening or maybe tomorrow but we will definitely call and let you know. Day 3/4: no call no show Day 5: we have other customers that are more of a priority so don’t know when we will come out there. Absolutely horrible company, would definitely never recommend using them as it’s obvious they don’t care. A formal complaint was also filed with the warranty company so hopefully they will stop working with this company and end the headache for future warranty customers.
