Milestone used to be the company I go to for my electrical needs, but they have really fallen off in the last year. In previous years I have had junction boxes in the attic and other things done. This year I had them add 2 AFCI/GFCI breakers and some outlets in my 1971 home to give some protection in the kitchen, utility room, and garage. Now the work quality seems to be good in the areas I can see, but one of my kitchen outlets no longer works. I called to schedule warranty work and they had availability 8 days out. So over $1700 and being an Milestone Advantage customer means nothing. I have already cancelled my Milestone Advantage since apparently priority appointments with “members only” scheduling is worthless. Member pricing of 15% off was always borderline useless as they are usually the most expensive quote anyway. And the 1 free drain unclogging per year in our house is never used. So it’s a waste to pay them $240 a year for no benefit. Well Milestone, the relationship was nice while it lasted. We had good times, but we just want different things now, I guess.

My wife and I recently requested service from Milestone for a plumbing issue in our guest bathroom. Not only did they respond quickly, but they were able to schedule a same day appointment. Our plumber, Robert, arrived right within the promised arrival time. He quickly and accurately diagnosed our problem, clearly explained the solution, and solved the issue in no time. He went above and beyond by double checking basic functions throughout the house and made us feel cared for with his genuine, kind nature. We even chatted for a bit before he left! Robert reminded me why I work with Milestone as they are reliably quick, caring, and efficient. If you prefer working with faithful, kind people who know their craft well-Milestone is the way to go!

Clint was OUTSTANDING. He immediately identified the problem and fixed it. He then verified that there were no other issues with the remaining electrical outlets throughout the house. He upgraded one and installed a superior outlet. I’ll be a confirmed Milestone customer for as long as Clint is one of their technicians.
