Two weeks ago I found out that I had a leak under my mobile home when a neighbor notified me, I called Todaro Plumbing, which I used 2 years ago when my home flooded, and they came out as soon as they could, my techs name was James swinford, and he was AMAZING, James was very kind and understanding, He could see I was very stressed and he was patient with me, once he found the leak he let me know what and where it was and the price. Both times I have used Todaro Plumbing, I have been totally satisfied, most of all they are NOT out to take advantage of you they REALLY CARE and are out to help you in every way. They will be re-piping my home soon, I will NOT use another plumbing company! James went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was informed and comfortable with everything. Eric saved the day! Called this plumbing company at 3am when our pipes were backed up and not draining. He showed up at 9am, was able to remove the clog, and helped us understand the real issue which was tree roots. He was personable, got the job done quickly, and answered all of our questions/concerns. Will definitely use them in the future!

Horribly overpriced! I needed a garbage disposal replaced and was charged $525. The plumber was here for an hour. The cost includes a 3 year warranty which is not optional. Call Todaro if you like burning money. Never again!!

Thank you to Todaro Plumbing and their associate James who busted his tale on the job today. He was very professional in his diagnosis and through in his process to find what the problem was. James was true to the company mission on being intentional in everything he did to find the problem. Once he found the problem, he gave me options as to how we could rectify the situation. All of the pricing was up front, James described all the work that needed to be done. Done how it was going to be done and then gave me an estimate to the penny as to what the cost was going to be. Once the issue was diagnosed I then had the option to move forward with the work or do it myself or hire someone else to do it. I cannot express James and Todaro Plumbing saved the day today! Completely happy customer!

Todaro replaced my tankless hot water heater and did an excellent job. They replaced it within 24 hours of my contacting them, and were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.
