We are so fortunate to have found John Rodriguez of Rodriguez Remodeling for our home project. I had my own hand-drawn plans for replacing our open-air patio with a screened-in porch at the back of our house. This would require major modifications to our house including replacing our entire living room wall (and fireplace) with a window wall, and adding onto the roof of our house for the new porch. I was apprehensive about keeping the structure and integrity of the building, so for months and months I researched contractors’ capabilities and reviews and talked to a couple of people about what I wanted. We finally got formal bids from three contractors and in our first visit with John, I knew he was a perfectionist and just as picky about details as I am. Most importantly, he knew exactly what I wanted and had great ideas for how it could be accomplished. I can’t say enough good things about John and all his crews; things were done right and they really knew what they were doing, whether it was for framing, roofing, concrete, painting, drywall, tile or wood flooring. We are so happy about how the project turned out and we would positively use John’s services in the future.

If your looking for a Professional Remodeling Contractor that does Clean, Exceptional Work and attention to Detail, Plethora Installs, I would highly recommend. What really gives this a great review that picked up trash from a previous Contractor without being asked. They where Polite and showed up on Time and did exactly what we requested on our Project.

Huge thanks to Josh Gothia and Kristian Lopez for delivering the newest branch in the Farmers Credit Union portfolio at 104 Sundance Parkway in Round Rock. I’m so impressed with the level of customer service, the creative problem solving, and the can-do attitude! We required a lot of hand-holding for the project, but PinPoint helped with everything from Permit to ATM and Furniture install, in addition Construction from cold shell. When supply chain issues challenged our schedule, Josh hopped on the phone, and through sheer tenacity, was able to reach the manufacturer at the Executive level, and getting us back on track (with a credit for the materials!). The final result is stellar, when I flew in from LA for the big reveal, I was elated to see that the space looked even better than the bi-weekly progress photos. I cannot recommend PinPoint highly enough, I only hope for another project in the Austin area so I can work with them again, Rashelle Fisher, Sr. Project Manager, Farmers Insurance

Manuel (owner) and the crew of Maxipal are a great team to work with. Respectful, reliable, responsible and attentive to clients’ wishes and concerns. As a designer for Green Line Design and Staging here in Austin, TX, I’ve worked closely with Manuel and will work with him and his crew again and again. I recommend Maxipal for remodels or new construction. It is hard to find such a dedicated, reliable and capable team to finish projects on time and within budget.
