Matthews Brothers Plumbing dispatched their expert, Duane, to my residence in Boerne. Despite being slightly delayed by a prior engagement, he made it to my place around 5pm. He efficiently installed a brand-new kitchen sink and garbage disposal in a span of just two hours. The cost was more affordable than the other six estimates I had received for the task. problem solved in under an hour after reaching out! the cost was more affordable than anticipated and the service was courteous and pleasant. the work was handled by my plumber, justin, and i will undoubtedly keep his contact for future needs. plus, when did plumbers become so good-looking? 🙂 appreciate the team!

Scheduled an appointment. They never showed up. Tried to call after the no-show, sent straight to voicemail. Someone took time off from work to be home during the scheduled appointment only to get a no-show and no answer…….and deal with a water issue another day. A heads up call would’ve at least allowed me to find someone else to come out on the same day. I only chose this company because of the Google 5 stars rating. Giving a 1 star today so someone else doesn’t make the same mistake.

Hot water tank installation was conducted on time by Erick, with adequate explanation of the cost and the installation process , in a professional and responsive manner. Erick was efficient, explained his job and the device operation. He was friendly and cleaned up when finished. Ask for Erick for you plumbing work.

I received plumbing work today. The gentleman was professional and finished in a timely manner. He cleaned up his mess like he was never here. I had good work and if I have anymore plumbing problems I will be calling for service again. and very courteous.
