This was an amazing experience with Alan! He came out on a Sunday and help me get the hot water going!!! He is my Hero and I highly recommend you going with them for your plumbing needs. Alan told me about the annual maintenance program and I signed up for that as well. So happy with the service and customer service I received. ❤️

Alan came out Saturday evening to check out a possible leak . He was very honest and thorough with his inspection. He could not find the source of the leak and gave us sound advice that if we happen to see one more drip to call him and he will be back out right away.

Update on 7/9/2024: After I left this review I got a call from reliant the very next day explaining that the charges are their normal rate and wasn’t to exploit the urgency of the situation. I was also offered a credit back of the service fee that I paid. The price is still high IMO. My review was just because I felt exploited and now I stand corrected. ———————————————— I would have given 0/even negative star if I could. We have a broken toilet flush. The fill valve needs to be replaced. Because of excellent reviews online, I called reliant as I was in a rush to get my toilet fixed. Reliant came and gave me a quote for $478 without parts and $736 with parts. I was shocked to hear the quote as it is more than what I paid to get the new toilet installed. So I contacted another licensed plumber(thank God). He quoted me half the price. This is insane!!! Even after losing my service fees that I wasted with this company, another company is cheaper than reliant. Basically lesson learnt the hard way: never just look at online review to decide your vendor. This company was trying to exploit my urgency. Reliant is TOTALLY NOT reliable. 👎

Had a troublesome leak identified by the water district of about 450 gal a day. I checked everything including the irrigation system and it was still leaking. Called Reliant and they scheduled a plumber for the next business day. Don arrived and was friendly and very professional. Analyzed the meter to ensure there was really a leak (there was) and then identified the problem in less than 10 minutes. Turned off the water to the pool back flow system and all leaking halted. I’ve worked with many plumbers and I rate Don at the top.

Alan came out on the first day and found out the problem and surveyed the damage. He was very patient on a very bad day Antonio and Arturo installed the new water heater. They were extremely nice and very efficient. Didn’t take as long as I thought. Because the service was so great I scheduled an appointment to fix a toilet. Jacob came out right on time and fixed my problem. I would highly recommend this company
