Our builder works with Bannister so they did all of the plumbing for our home. We’ve had a couple things we needed adjusted after moving in and Bannister has been very professional and timely in managing these tasks for us. Michelle is amazing at scheduling and understands everyone has a busy life. Techs have been friendly, on-time, as well as quick when they are here, and she gives a courtesy call so you know when someone will be there. They also put shoe covers on to respect your home’s cleanliness despite being told they don’t have to. When it’s hard to find good customer service and businesses you can trust these days, especially when it comes to your home, it’s relieving knowing there’s a team of dedicated professionals that embody that East Texan pride and friendliness.

We purchased a home in Athens this week and the AC Failed the next day during the 4th of July holiday. We did have 2 paid home inspections completed to include the VA as a disabled vet. We were told the AC Worked fine and was 2 years old by the owner. It’s 8 years old and they had jumped line to the close the circuit to the airhandler to keep the system running and couldn’t keep up with the heat and it’s now toast. The owners had the house door open when we got there and we told by the neighbors after the fact (the next day) they seller left the doors open for a couple of days prior. The seller showed up and interrupted us during the new owner inspection prior to closing. It’s the bump or distraction prior to getting your wallet taken. It is irreglar for the seller to show up. Our loss! Learn from our mistake. Chris responded from Bannister and did everything he could humanly and ethically possible and shared the bad news. I took very good care of Chris for his efforts, responsiveness and honesty. We will be buying a new unit from Bannister hopefully Monday morning. Honorable people! They will be my service provider of choice going forward. Thank you for being there for us, respectfully, Tim
