Jonathan and Steve to the rescue!!!! I purchased two new toilets a year ago. The warranty expired two months ago. When Jonathan and Steve came out, they showed me what was wrong and a little shake here and there they got it working. They educated me regarding the toilet and the equipment they use in them today verses back in the day. Jonathan and Steve went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations. Not only did they still honor the warranty they fixed the issue at no cost to me. I can’t believe there is still EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE out there. When you need a plumber, you want them at your beckon call and them to be knowledgeable and cost effective. Ernie’s plumbing is who everyone should call when they have a plumbing issue. Did I mention it took them less than 30 minutes to get here? Wow!!! Now you know why me and my whole family use Ernie’s. If you want the best of the best ask for Jonathan or Steve.

Worst experience ever! We have always used them in the past, but this last time they installed a back flow valve backwards. Mistakes happen, but when we called to have it fixed, they refused. They completely denied the error and were very rude. Even after speaking to the boss, who also denied responsibility, it still wasn’t fixed. *Update* Definitely the correct company. They drive a pink van and the name is on my credit card statement. I guess they can’t fathom that one spouse’s name can be in their system and the other spouse can be the one writing the review… The employee then left our system completely uncovered, with the insulation and cover lying in the yard and stormed off saying “nothing is free.” I don’t expect anything for free, but I do expect quality work. They spent 30 minutes arguing and berating their customers instead of spending 10 minutes to fix their mistake. Will never use them again.

Make sure you explain fully your issue prior to a tech arriving. Had to pay the $80 service charge even though I was told they do not service my type of unit. Would have been nice to ask that before the tech wasted his time and I wasted my time and money.

So glad my husband doesn’t work here anymore. I feel bad for anyone who still work there, they’re obviously too stupid to see they deserve better than being charged for their own parts, getting screamed at by a master plumber who thinks he’s better than everyone, and suspended for days because they’re sick with a doctors note. Edit, for reply from owner: I don’t see how my other reviews have anything to do with you. You had to say something about me personally because you know my review is true. That in itself says something about you. Update, 4/26/24. One of your vans (with the weird baby on it, super creepy) tried to run me off the side of the highway today. also, it’s really cute to see the owner deleted his original response to my first review. Still doing absolute GARBAGE business

Disappointing Experience with Ernie’s Plumbing I recently hired Ernie’s Plumbing to replace a garbage disposal and a shark bite connection in my home, which cost me $685. Initially, I thought the high price was just a sign of the times, but my experience took a turn for the worse. A week after the installation, I discovered a leak that wasn’t related to their work. Their solution? They first suggested cutting into my kitchen’s under-cabinet areas, and when I refused, they proposed cutting through the exterior drywall. Thankfully, my neighbor, a contractor, offered to take a look and confirmed that the issue could be resolved from under the sink without any unnecessary damage to my kitchen. When I brought this up with Randy, the General Manager at Ernie’s, I found his demeanor less than professional and quite frankly, shocking for someone in his position. It became clear that Ernie’s Plumbing was not the right fit for us. This experience has been a stark reminder of the importance of choosing the right company for home services. Please be cautious and do thorough research before committing to a service provider.

These guys are quick and free estimates , loved it it was a quick fix, I thought a bit expensive for faucet outside front yard , $450- will have think about using these guys . Thanks

We’ve had great experiences with Ernie’s, and their pricing seems fair and consistent. I would recommend them! When we needed a check on the plumbing in our new house, they came right away and charged a reasonable price. When we thought our pipes might be frozen in the cold or we had a serious pipe issue, they came and looked at it. Thankfully, they didn’t charge to further investigate when they were pretty sure the pipes were frozen, too, so that they wouldn’t have to charge us hundreds of dollars. We really appreciate that!
