Was very impressed with the plumbers that came to work on my issue, they were very fast, and polite, and explained everything to me, they were very efficient and charged me below what was the normal. I never give reviews but am so thankful for what a great service they did. The receptionist was so very nice and did a call back later to check. Thank u Seth and Seth Jr. Will definitely use Dependable Plumbing again if needed in the future.

I wouldn’t use them ever again was lied to an cost ne 500 an my home would cover it but the owner flipped what needed to be done. I went under the home an found the pipe wasn’t actually buried an was above ground. I got pics of their work an it doesn’t justify it being outside the home warranty coverage. They are a scam just like home warranties are.

My wife and I have used Dependable Plumbing several times for jobs small and large, and out of all the plumbing companies we have used they are heads above the rest in friendly knowledgeable staff, fair prices and super quality work. Today they proved it again, it seems that all of their employees are very skilled at their craft and every time they make a service call I make new friends. I highly recommend them and I recommend them to my family! Keep doing what you do!

Everyone expects their home warranty to cover everything, however that is not so. DDX did the initial inspection and said home warranty would only cover so much. They did everything that was expected of them. Everything turned out good, and they did a wonderful job. Fixed my needs and got me up and running.

We have now had the folks from Dependable out to our place four times, and every time we have been so impressed. They are kind, they are available, they are transparent, and they are very fair on their prices. I am honestly so grateful for these guys. Blessings, would reccomend.

Our hot water heater recently went out and our home insurance hooked us up with Ddx plumbing these guys are so incredibly awesome we had a little trouble with our home insurance Paul and the rest of the people at Ddx took it on their own to go get us a hot water heater and came out and put it in they’re the best if you find yourself in with plumbing problems call them they will take care of all your needs thanks Paul
