Does not call when they say. Called yesterday about a water heater installation, and was told I would be called at 9:30 or 10:00 this morning for them to come by and give an estimate. It is now 4:37 p.m.. Still no call. Unbelievable.

Christian and Terry went above and beyond to ensure that our hot water heater was installed quickly and efficiently, I’m very pleased with how the installation went from start to finish. I would recommend Kidd plumbing to everyone!

With the craziness that Covid is, it was nearly impossible for me to find a plumber who could repair a broken sewer line in my front yard. I was recommended Kidd’s Plumbing from a few real estate investor friends in Knoxville and I am so glad I reached out to Ron. Christian his nephew was incredibly responsive and answered all my questions for me about the process. They even called KUB and got my lines marked immediately so they could start digging. I couldn’t be home for the process but was updated throughout the day with photos and calls. The price for the job was very reasonable and I couldn’t be happier. Ron even came back out when I was home to show me what they did and explained everything. Would use these guys again and again. Wonderful business.

I had a great experience with Kidd’s Plumbing. Ron Kidd answer my call right away, came out within a few hours and was professional, quick and courteous. I was also very pleased with the reasonable price. If you care about good service, reasonable prices, and supporting a locally owned business then I highly recommend calling Kidd’s Plumbing.
