Lifestyle Homes 2 years agoI’m backing Mariana’s review. The house was bought new in 2016. The actual buying process was a headache. Personally having been a realtor for 4 years, Denise is unprofessional. She was always rude and impatient as if the house was free. After closing date we still had items misssing such as mirrors and Robert came up with. BS excuse that he doesn’t have to include them even though I found out from all the neighbors that they did get mirrors. Not too long after that, there were plumbing issues. Robert sent some company I believe called benchmark. They “fixed “ the problem temporarily and to come back several times. This lasted long enough for the warranty to run out and now he has ghosted. Terrible builder and agent. BUYER BEware

We are very meticulous people and were a bit weary but Renee reassured us and we couldn’t be happier. I highly recommended this company for any of your construction or fencing needs! Thanks again and we will be using you guys anytime we need work done!

Brother’s Outdoor Services 3 years agoI have never seen a company who had so little regard for the neighborhood and the street in which they performed work. They have blocked thee street, people’s driveways, and left a combination of dirt and oil all over the road. They have been asked nicely and not so nicely to avoid these issues. No respect for anyone. If you like your neighbors you should avoid this company.

Barrett Roofing Company a week agoWe have called them several times in the last 6 Months and the lady that answers the phone keeps blowing us off. We have purchased their roof and labor in 2009!! They have refused to honor the 25 year warranty!! It’s been 15 years and Our roof leaks!! WHY HAVEN’T YOU CALLED US BACK??? ????? We have all our paper work and warranty info as you can see in our pictures. 6 MONTHS AND NO CALL BACK?? We gave you 2 phone numbers. ******UPDATE******* I called Barrett Roofing after the owners comment. They checked the file and saw it was a valid claim. They expedited someone out here in a few days to do minor repairs. Which will help for now. The leak damage inside still exists. Plus they will do a follow up in a week because all the nails on the roof were popped up! They siliconed the nail’s down! (Temporary fix.)When they follow up and come up with a plan to see what’s the next steps will be. Once this is completed. I will change my review since we had a communication issue for the last 6 months. Looking forward to my home being a comfortable and cozy place again.
