This place is unprofessional and awful don’t use them not even sure if they are a business they showed up with no tools and tore my toilet up and didn’t put a wax ring in now my bathroom floor is ruined And water every where

Called on a Saturday night, he was out of town and the employee had a stomach bug, said he would call us right back. 3 weeks later… he never called and ended up using someone else.

I tried to use this service – they accepted my service call to complete a backflow test at a commercial site on 8/25. I’ve emailed 5 times and left 4 voice messages with no return call. I spoke with a gentleman on Monday and he was going to check on it and call me back. To date, no communication at all after “Jeff” verbally committed to the service. Not sure how you stay in business.
