This man helped me just when I needed it most.After paying two different plumbers just trying to figure out where my leak was which they couldn’t but Mr Pinkston went straight to it! Very friendly and thorough

DO NOT hire this man. He will have you sign a contract, take an advance to ‘purchase’ materials for the job, and then disappear. Currently has an open investigation with Washington County Sheriff’s Department for theft due to failure to reimburse money for a cancelled contract.

I hired Doug to install a tankless water heater after a friend referred me. He was hard to get a hold of (voicemail always full and sometimes took days responding to text messages). He didn’t call or text to let me know that he was not going to come the morning we scheduled the installation. The installation was delayed another week when he failed to coordinate properly with the propane company. I never saw the new scratch/dent discounted Rinnai unit, or venting and cleaning kits, that I paid him for weeks earlier. He did hang up a 12 year old model, claiming it was for reference. I stopped the installation and requested a refund. I am still waiting.

I had used Doug before and things went well. Not so this time. He came said he had fixed my leak, which he hadn’t, and then never came back. Charged me $100 and I also gave him $200 to buy supplies for other jobs. As of two weeks, he has not returned to work on things or reimbursed me. I’d like to file an complaint but not sure how at this point. Will never use him again, out $300. Not very responsible or communicative. texted me several times he was coming and never showed up. Also, said he reimburse me and hasn’t. He has had plenty of time to right the wrong but no action so far.
