Had used them for years. Recently had a water heater leak last week. Called them and they promised to call…never did. After repeatedly calling…no response. Receptionist very rude! Obviously they have changed hands. Don’t call them…toxic! I’ll never call them again!

It has been my rule to not give negative reviews. I have always felt that everyone has a bad day sometimes and I just roll on. Today I am breaking my own rule. In the past, I used A and H Plumbing and had a great experience, every time. I did not realized that A and H had sold until I tried to find them. I didn’t give it a second thought about calling Three Brothers because my past experiences had been so positive with A and H Plumbing. I’d like to give a review for Three Brothers Mechanical’s work, however, I never received a call back. I call to schedule an appointment. I left a message with a lady in their call center. Three days later, I called agin. Again I spoke with a lady in their call center. She took my information again and then said that if I didn’t receive a call back in 24 hours, that meant that there was no availability. I asked if she thought that is why no one ever called me back the first time I called. Her response was “I don’t know”. In both calls,, their call center staff was indifferent, as if they don’t care if someone called back or not. They were not friendly nor courteous. If fact, they sounded like they would like to be anywhere but where they were and it showed. As a business owner, if I treated my customers like that, I wouldn’t have any customers. Of course, after this experience, Three Brothers Mechanical won’t have me as a customer, either.

If I could give zero stars I would, I contacted three brothers for a job I needed for my basement bathroom remodel. They were so hard to get ahold of and once I did the customer service representative was unprofessional and seemingly Ill informed with any basic information. I wouldn’t recommend.

I waited several days to write this b/c I was furious, so I toned it down. I hired this sham company to do over $19,000 worth of work on my home. They do substandard work and do not want to return as discussed (it’s been over six weeks of excuses) to correct the problems they created. They want payment for incomplete work, and the boss Johnny plays the game; (we have to collect payment for unfinished work, so trust me). I have had patience with them for over two months; they say they will do something and do not follow through. Not to mention, every one of the techs except Johnny has told me they overcharge (they do)! You decide if you want to go down this road. I’m the loser, and I’m done playing understanding customer! You decide!

I appreciate how professional, kind and hard working our plumber was. Got the job done right away and helped me get photos of the original issue so I could send it to insurance.

We were having a sewer gas leak. David came out found the problem and fixed it. Cleaned up and was super respectful and polite!

I always use A and H plumbing/3 Brothers. They are always timely and professional. I can count on them to do the job right. David worked with my 96 year old Dad and was so patient. Thanks again!

My toilet started leaking pretty badly on the day that I was expecting guests to arrive…so I was really in a pinch! I called Three Brothers and the receptionist/scheduler was very friendly and sympathetic with my situation. She scheduled someone to come out that afternoon…I am very grateful and will use Three Brothers again next time I need plumbing work done. Thanks!
