Quick response to request for rocking toilet. Prompt, very knowledgeable and patient. Conducted an inspection of pipes and sub flooring for leaks and damage as well as water pressure and water heater. All good except water heater needs replacing Recommendations for options available to me for any updates, replacements, repairs that could be made today along with costs for each option was provided up front. I’m impressed with Jacob and with this company. I need a new water heater and will be scheduling a replacement with this company soon.

I would like commend Chris(lead technician) and Mason/Conner(apprentices) for doing an outstanding job replacing around 60% of the sanitary piping in our home. Once the job was completed they cleaned up the work area and left it as cleaned as when they started. They were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and they were able to answer all the questions I had. I would highly recommend they to your plumbing.

As always a fantastic job done by the plumbers here at Tommie’s! Every time they come out. This was an emergency they were to the house 10 minutes after I called. Set it up for the next morning as it was already 6 pm at night for the emergency. When you see what some people write about the cost. You get what you pay for if you want cheap you’re going to get a cheap partial fix but with Tommies, you get it fixed correctly with a warranty every time and they stand by their warranty and all their work! Thank you Chris & Mason for being so amazing! 6/2024 Jacob came out today I called This morning and he came out this afternoon called when he was on his way called when he got there fixed the leaking issue and called when he left. Very professional. Excellent service!

Round 3 with Ronnie’s plumbing. And not their fault. Our house literally needs tons of updating with the plumbing and the more we fix, the more we find we need help with. Thank goodness for Tommies. Robert has been to us before so he knows all to well the mess we have unfolding. Always professional and honest. We love Tommies. And they are now doing electrical and hvac so we will go to them for those needs too!! Gave us the explanations of options we need and again explained on a level we could understand, without talking down to us. Tommies has a customer for life
