My kitchen sink was backed up they came out promptly and we discovered the pipes needed to be replaced. They came back the next day and immediately started working and had them replaced and the sink draining great in a very short time. They were extremely nice and very neat. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone I know that needs plumbing work. Made the whole process go smoothly and very reasonably priced. Thanks for a great job!!!

Nathan came out the same day to help me with some faucet issues. He did a great job, very fast and efficient. He even got in my tiny crawl space that no one else would! I would highly recommend and definitely use again in the future!

I booked an appointment reported an obvious problem was charged a 75 dollar consult fee. The could have saved my 75 dollars by quoting a price over the phone which was excessive for the job. Lesson learned. So in other words, the would’t estimate a price without being on my property. But quoted over 350 bucks to change out an exterior foset. I gave 75 dollars to a plumer just because he had to came to my house to quote a price for the job.

Quick, efficient, reasonably priced, extremely professional and kind. 10 out of 10. Nate Henderson was awesome! First time using them, but I was impressed. This will be my new “go to” plumbing service going forward. Highly recommend.

I am here to report a fantastic job of diagnosing and replacing my aged water heater. The gentlemen got the new heater installed, and they were very careful in every respect. They wear booties to protect my floor. Text updates in advance of the arrival, and exceptional attention to the satisfaction of the customer throughout the process. Not only were they professional, but it was clear that they have a collaborative culture with a strong sense of the value of apprenticeship in making a great plumber. They were each focused on insuring the quality of the work. I recommend them very highly.

I called Sumner County Plumbing and within a few hours their tech Daniel came out to assess the situation, and completed the job within the same day. He was polite and professional. We were so grateful as we had to have the water turned off to the whole house. Will definitely call them again when we need work done!
