I am baffled as to how this company has a 4.5 star rating!!! I have called 5 different times over a week period to have them come look at our HVAC unit that is not working properly, in over 90 degree weather I might add! I kept getting told they would call me back and never received a call back! COMMUNICATION is what makes a business work and they do not have it.

I called Hill Plumbing to have a new dishwasher installed, after the dishwasher was delivered and sitting in the middle of our kitchen. Mikey came out and did just that. The price was extremely fair. The next day he and another technician installed a new hot water heater. I knew it was going to be difficult because the one they were replacing was an 80 gallon tank and was put in while the house was being built. Removal was difficult, but they got it done. I’m renovating so I definitely waited on painting and removing old carpet, etc. The pricing was very fair, and I definitely recommend Hill Plumbing.

Mike and his assistant Cody were outstanding !! Mike assessed the plumbing issue and had to go and pick up the needed parts for the repair and got us back up to speed in no time. In the event we have any more plumbing issues, I will call Hill Plumbing again. The fee for the repair was reasonable and I was even given a Senior Discount. Z. Lynch

In May 2024, I called Hill Plumbing to get an repair on the weekend. After examining my needs they told me that I would have to fix such and such. They then told me that they couldn’t fix such a repair on the weekend. However, if I pay them a $150 fee for coming out they would include that payment into repairs on the following Monday. They called me first thing the following Monday. When I spoke to them on Monday, they weren’t willing to include the fee I had paid. They then started saying that we never had such a conversation. Customers be aware so that the same thing doesn’t happen to you.

DO NOT US THEM. We had a leak coming from the hot water spigot for our washer. They came out replaced the washer inside the spigot. The tech stated that it still leaks a little when turned out but it’s totally normal. A couple days later I went to do laundry and there was water all under our wood floors. They came back out and replaced the spigot and said put a fan on the floors. A week later my floors are still messed up and the owner will not return my call.
