David Durham at HOTCO provided me with stellar service combined with a price that was much lower than what those two big box stores quoted me—you know who I’m talking about. Not only did I get a better price, and better service, but I got a better brand water heater (the Bradford White brand) and still came out way ahead on price. I should also mention that David’s a good guy, who really knows his stuff, and gets back to you with any questions you may have in the pre and post installation process. And he definitely takes pride in his work—no shortcuts with David. So in summary, I got a much better water heater, and better warranty, at a significantly lower price.

Great experience. David was great to work with, on the phone and then in person. Came out and replaced our old water heater with a new one and recirculating pump and did a great job with installation and clean up. While we did not go with a tankless water heater his price for that was well below what the big plumbing/HVAC shops gave as an estimate.
