I was able to schedule a technician to come to my house this past Sunday, the 4th of July weekend. He came within the time frame given. Very thorough with his work; he asked me to flush the toilets and let the faucet run to make sure everything was working.

This was our first experience using Roto Rooter, and so far we are pleased with the quality service that we received. We called to have a toilet serviced, and were able to get an appointment scheduled for the same day. Our service technician, Russell Bishop was very thorough, and walked us through the entire process. He patiently answered all of our questions, and was very friendly during the service visit. It has only been a day, but so far everything is working well.

Our Roto Rooter technician, David Wilson, who came early this morning to reseat our upstairs leaking toilet was fabulous! We have used a number of plumbers and plumbing companies over the years and we feel David is the best plumbing technician we have seen. Because we have had to reseat the upstairs toilet several times over the years, and this toilet is moderately new, he raised the toilet to ensure the phlange is OK, which it is. He determined that the installer of the toilet had not tightened the bolts sufficiently, and he ensured they are now very tight, without being too tight, so the toilet is now very secure. He chose not to use a wax seal as it would prevent us from quickly seeing if there’s a leak again. David is very professional, helpful and informative and personable. He explains everything very well. He had a water damage specialist come to assess the degree of water damage and he assured us that we caught it in time that we do not require further work on that. We just need to take care of the painting of the ceiling where there are water marks. We also showed David a loose faucet in our kitchen sink that’s been incredibly annoying and he tightened that for us at no charge. And as senior citizens we get a 10% discount on labor. Our bill was reasonably priced. When we’re ready to do more plumbing work, we will definitely call Roto Rooter and ask for David Wilson. Thank you, Roto Rooter and David Wilson! Good job!!!

Cannot say enough about how great Michael (and his trainee) are. Top notch, friendly, honest. They went above and beyond to get my pipes as clear as possible (even though the original plumbing was done horribly) Call em for that ever you need!
