I had them come out to my house & all 3 times all they did is run a rooter saying it was blocked by “fecal matter”. First of all it’s a toilet, there’s going to be fecal & urine matter. Secondly I do not have a septic system, so all of the “fecal matter runs into the city sewers. We paid over $600 dollars with them. Don’t use Meetze Plumbing they will rip you off. To this date they have not contacted us as the quality of their service.

Our water heater died on Sunday night so we were able to call them and have someone come out Monday evening after I was done working. The person who came out was great and there were no issues there but we were told that the replacement of our water heater would be almost $5,000. I had misunderstood some things that I thought accounted for the price but when we were looking at the itemized plan we couldn’t figure out why the parts seem to only account for maybe $1500 of the charge. I asked that the plumber call on Tuesday morning, and he did, but ultimately the explanation I was given was that the $3,000 that we couldn’t account for was a flat installation fee. I didn’t love this as an explanation because it’s insanely high and because I had been given a lot of language about bringing things up to code but those pieces were listed on the itemized plan separately and were not included in the $3000. We called someone else out and they quoted us about $2600 to do the same things. Our experience with Meetze wasn’t horrific but I do not like that they aren’t more transparent about their charges and they were ultimately far too expensive for us.

Fast Service, Jan was great at checking and testing our hot water heater. He was friendly and explained everything to me. Very Courteous . Meetze is our only go to plumbing service.

Not giving one star because I can’t blame the whole company. The estimator who came to my property and gave me a quote tried telling me false problems with my plumbing on top of the actual issues. I know this because I had another company come out and didn’t mention the additional problems. I also have experience in plumbing and checked and there was no reverse slope as he tried telling me. Make sure to get an additional company to look because at least this one estimator tried to scam me.

James was great and gave the gas logs a good bill of health and discovered the gas log instructions under the lava rocks and gas logs. The logs were not in the right place and he moved them to the correct place He listened to all the stuff and people who have come through with the heating and air and agreed with me we need more returns that were cut off by Carolina Conditions when they installed our new HVAC system. I felt very well taken care of. Gas deserves respect. And we want to be careful. I am happy he came today. Thanks. We just bought this house in 2021. And many of what the seller did to this house have been problems we have needed to address.

Sean did a great job of working on our drain problems. The problems turned out to require some later structural work, but Sean worked very hard and diligently to resolve the drainage problems. It was a very hot day, but this did not deter him from woking in the crawl space and other difficult places. We were very pleased with his work and look forward to further remedial services by Meetze Plumbing. I wrote a subsequent review about Meetze which does not show up here. After Sean’s work, another Meetze representative came to our house on another drainage problem and wanted over $5,000 to replace a drainage line to the street. We declined, hired another contractor to clean out the line and ended up paying $270.00 to solve the problem.

The technician they sent out to check out my problem. This young man went under the house and inspected the pipes, where he found the people who installed my hot water heater and new toilet NEVER put the drain back on correctly and everything was pouring out onto the ground. I’m so happy I called this company because Tim went over and beyond. Very nice young man and did his job 1000%
