Had a problem with a shut off valve, Roger that works at Lowe’s showed me how to do it myself at Lowe’s and what tools I’d need to get it done and how much that would cost for unique tools and parts. I decided it wasn’t worth my money to buy all the one-time-use tools that the job requires and I’m very glad I did. They sent out Bob the next day, quickly explained the problem just as Roger did, got it fixed and charged me $15 more than I would have paid to do it myself with parts TOOLS and labor. I can guarantee it would have taken me way more than 15$ worth of my own labor and YouTube searching to do the same job with new tools I’d only use once every 10 years. Prices are high but so is the cost of tools.

The evening before family was coming into town for a holiday break, one of our main lines became clogged. We left a message for Blitch Plumbing at 11:00 pm, and they contacted us first thing the next morning. They were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We had Justin (Technician) come this morning to remove our current (old) dishwasher and install a new one. Justin was not only on time, but his work was excellent.. He had the expertise and knowledge to complete this job with super results.. This is only one reason we always use Blitch for all our plumbing needs.. Thank you Blitch..

Had to do the mandatory backflow testing, easy to book the appointment meant, tech was great. Fast and polite. Gotta shoutout Kim, our water company “misplaced” or were backlogged or something. Was greeted today with a letter saying they were going to turn off the water. Contacted them and Blitch, then Kim called me to say it was all taken care of, little while later the water company said it was resolved. Great customer service 🙂

Someone answered the phone they put me on hold for over 20 minutes very nice lady was just making some inquiries trying to get a ballpark figure on services I know plumbers are quite expensive and this was definitely out of my price range for basic installations of a faucet garbage disposal dishwasher I have the just install those three items in Pittsburgh for 150.00 the guesstimate that I was told was approximately seven to 800.00 maximum time an hour this there was no material involved

We had Andrew and Daniel come to two different properties for evaluations, service and repairs. They were prompt, courteous and very professional. They were personable and easy to talk to, as well. Andrew found the source of a leak quickly and reduced his charge to just a service charge for that. He gave us a recommendation for another business for repair, flushed our tankless water heater, and answered all my questions. Daniel addressed what we had discovered was wrong and even found another issue we had overlooked and fixed that for no charge! Even our conversations with the office staff were pleasant. Happy to recommend Blitch Plumbing!
