I used Washington Septic to locate sewer and clean out for a disabled veteran. Arrived promptly because they were in the area already. Low score: 1. unprofessional because they dug multiple holes which they did not close. They did not clean up after themselves 2. Requested an exorbitant payment $250 even though he came from close by and he and his team watched as our handyman crawled under the house to look for sewer pipe and then showed him a picture. Our handyman did most of the work and then cleaned up after them. 3. Poor and unprofessional behavior: Mr: Washington screamed at me over the phone when I requested he lower the price based on the fact that my handyman did the majority of the work, they left the yard a mess and he came from close-by. I asked him to speak with me in a kind manner. Then I explained to him that the conversation would not continue if he continued to scream at me and requested that he stop because 1. I am a lady. 2. I am his customer. 3. I am a child of God. Mr Washington continued to scream and I hung up. What a HORRIBLE experience.

I highly recommend Mr. Washington for all of your septic tank needs! He answered my call after business hours and was at my house the following morning to fix my problem. Very professional, friendly and great prices !

I called Mr. Washington Friday morning to empty our full and overflowing septic tank. He already had a full day but fit us in anyway Friday afternoon. He had two crews and they were friendly, quick and professional. I would highly recommend this team. We will be using them again to repair our system as it has root overgrowth.

Mr. Washington is awesome! Very responsive, punctual, and reasonable. He was able to find the cause of a near-complete backup in my septic tank, and he even removed a small tree that, if left to continue growing, had the potential to let its roots do real damage to the septic system and possibly even my home’s foundation. His prices are reasonable, and he is very good about answering the phone when the “usual competitors” were closed. And he’s a super nice guy. Give him a chance — you won’t regret it! 🙂
