Ductless AC unit they installed died after only 2 years. Install was sloppy, discovered only now that duct tape was used to connect the condensate drain line which came undone, causing a lot of dripping from the unit, and it also turns out the whole time we had a nasty kink in the refrigerant line they just covered up, along with various other cut corners. Now it’s July and we have no AC because of the leak in the refrigerant line.

The Plumber Company installed a mini split system in my home without a license and I found out the owner has a criminal record and fraudulently advertises they are rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau. They also ghosted me after taking a deposit of $3600 and I have blocked my number. The police will be issuing a warrant for the owners arrest but Please do not use this company.

They sent two guys out who gave me a written estimate but said they would not be the ones doing the job. I was hoping the ones to do the job will come out and give me an estimate so I know for sure there’s not going to be any question or hidden cost on the job.

They started work on my bathrooms about three weeks ago. The job is only about one third done. They were supposed to send someone out last Saturday nobody showed up. They left my bathrooms in a very torn up condition. I have tried to contact the company three times today. Only got their answering service. I cannot reach the one worker who seemed to know what he was doing, no luck there either. If you want a job partially done call these guys. If you want to use a company that does not complete their work and doesn’t notify you this company s the one.

Called and they sent over a guy to give an estimate. He was polite, knowledgeable, and quick. Said he would be back tomorrow. Two days later the work has not been done. They sent me a survey asking about my experience so they have my number. I called asking when to expect the work to be done and they said they would give a call back. Hours later, no call back. Called again, same story. No idea when and if to expect anyone. Unacceptable.

Great service!! The two techs I had (Brandon and Lee) were extremely professional and very friendly. Got the job done and they were in and out very quickly. Highly recommend!

Still waiting on a call from someone about a new install that never worked properly. 6 days without hot water on a brand new unit. $6800 for cold showers. Edit: the VP of the company came today and fixed the technician mistake. 8 hours later, no hot water. No answer at 24/7 line.

Brandon came out to do an estimate, was able to do the job on the spot in about an hour and a half and for signicantly less than his initial ballpark figure. Ahead of schedule and under budget – you can’t ask for more than that.

We have now called on the plumber company twice. They came to the rescue when a faucet replacement went a little awry. We just had them replace the shut off valve for our house because it was corroded from the slab. Kyle and Branden were awesome. They did a great job letting us know what was going on, even so far as to answer several questions related to other potential plumbing needs, and they got it done faster than I had anticipated. They cleaned up all their mess as well. Highly recommend the Plumber Company if you are in need.
