STAY AWAY from this company!! Alexis Burton, Office Manager is a liar and a scam artist. I spent over $10k with this company and they refuse to answer my calls. They are criminals in my opinion.

After two weeks without heat and numerous unsuccessful attempts to fix my Weil McLean boiler, Shane’s optimism and relentless efforts were a breath of fresh air. So many great things with this company. Alexis did a awesome job getting me scheduled and installed with ease, the whole process was perfect. The technician Ryan and his crew Angel and Matt were such hard workers and so knowledgeable with every question I had. Definitely will recommend them and use them again in the future.

Shane obviously is an expert in his field. Time was taken to understand our needs and gather pertinent information at the start. All our questions were answered, our options, costs and the processes involved for each explained clearly. We received excellent advise and a fair detailed quote.

I actually posted a very positive response several months ago, that was before there was a problem. After installing the new heating system and chimney liner the final part was to install a chimney cap. The first cap blew off within 24 hrs, the second one dangled on the chimney side within 48 hrs. The guys that came to remove it reported that they were plumbers, not chimney/roof guys. I have emailed, called, texted and left a message on the company website, NO ONE has gotten back to me about completing the project. They did a nice job otherwise and the crews that came out were nice as well. Now that there’s an ongoing problem, the owner/office person presents as incredibly unprofessional. Very disappointing

They showed up on time. He was personable, explained things to my wife and I in terms we could understand. The job was quick with no issues. A little pricy but you get what you pay for.

My company was subcontracted by this company and was completely ghosted regarding payment for services provided. I do not recommend any company to work with them due to their irresponsible actions and 3 years later our invoice has still not been paid. Cheers Douglas, I appreciate the good business acumen…
