Reflecting on this past 4th of July weekend, I feel compelled to extend my gratitude to those who love our country and support our veterans. When dealing with plumbers or contractors, it’s not uncommon for them to not return phone calls or deliver on the work promised. However, my recent interaction with Statewide was completely different. Like many others, I faced delays, increased costs, and a lack of materials due to COVID-19, which led me to put a hold on my home addition project for an extended period, which included a bathroom. The owner of Statewide noticed the incomplete project as he regularly passed by and took the time to introduce himself. Recognizing I was a veteran, he expressed his appreciation for my service and offered to help me complete my home addition project. I accepted his offer, and I am beyond grateful for his assistance throughout the process. After our brief discussion, a professional technician was at my home the next day. We reviewed the options and selected the best approach, and the job was completed in no time. I am incredibly grateful for the amazing job done by Statewide Plumbing. God bless Carlos and his team.

I had my two ductless split units in the house and the main unit outside deep cleaned. The technician was extremely neat and clean, and also shared with me the dirt and liquid that he cleaned from the units. My unit was four years old and never realized they had to be cleaned. Was I surprised to find out that there was signs of mold and other contaminants inside the unit and I will make sure to have the units clean more frequently. My wife has asthma and she can already notice the difference in the air when we ran the cleaned units. Thank you and I will be using Statewide again for all my plumbing needs.

Statewide Plumbing was recommended by my building manager as not being the cheapest but 100 percent reliable. I recently moved to Providence from Boston. I was a trustee on my condo board in both Brookline and Boston and dealt with many vendors. I needed my hot water replaced two weeks ago and they were great. Of course during the recent heat wave my air conditioning stopped working. I called Saturday afternoon and a plumber was here at 8:15am on Sunday. Their operations manager Carlos is very responsive and all of their plumbers are very nice. Their mothers would be proud! I can’t recommend them more highly!

I use to call them for all plumbing issues but after the last issue I will never call them again. Friends an family will not either. They came back 4 times for the same issue and after spending over $1,000 and we still did not have hot water they came back again for 12 minutes looked at the heating system suggested that some parts should be changed or get a new system. They left and I received another invoice for $185 when they did nothing. Then they sent me a quote of $13,500 for the same unit I had installed from another company and the cost was $10,500.

Statewide is the best around multiple times have called for emergency situations and they have been there same day. They installed a tankless water heater and many other things. Don’t waste time looking around they should be the first and only call.

Statewide Plumbing & Heating has been great! We have had them come out to the house a few times now and they’re always very knowledgeable and professional. They are who we always go to now for all our heating and plumbing issues, it’s so nice to have found such a reliable company that’s always willing to help us out when we need it. Statewide Plumbing and Heating has provided their services to my properties for many years. They are always responsive, providing me with their time of arrival. I have found Statewide plumbers always knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful of my properties. I have found their billing for services provided to be reasonable. I highly recommend Statewide Plumbing and Heating. The most recent service they provided was on 3 April 2024, in the evening, when the Statewide Plumber cleared a main bathroom toilet that was obstructed at a rental property. The Plumber, Zac, cleared the obstruction as I expected he would. I was very happy with the outside of this requested service. I highly recommend using Statewide Plumbing because of their highly skilled Plumbers that can get the job done.
