Cannot praise enough! But this says it all. Estimate on Friday afternoon, $3,700. Wasn’t sure he could get one of his employees to work on his day off, but called back 20 minutes later and said he’d be there @ 8:00 AM Saturday! Arrived on time. Bill $2,800!!! Has that EVER happened for you? 24% less than original estimate? And It turns out that Moises, the owner of Perez Pluming, mentored both plumbers who were professional themselves when they explained that they couldn’t fit such a big job into their schedules until the following week.

Called on a Saturday morning with a gas leak. Moises came immediately and repaired the issue at a fair price. Nice guy. Pleasant and polite. Would recommend.
