I was very happy with them. They managed to fit me in on the same day I called. Tony did a great job diagnosing the problem and proposing a good solution with the refrigerator water line so it wouldn’t occur again. The great service I received was much appreciated!

Go elsewhere for your plumbing needs. I had an emergent plumbing issue in my kitchen. I called on Tuesday, and was told I’d be on the schedule for Wednesday. Wednesday came and went, no call no show. Called the office, re-explained the situation, and was told that I’d be put on the schedule for an urgent call for Thursday. Never happened. Called AGAIN the next day, and a different person in the office had no clue who I was or what I was talking about. If they can’t get simple communication right, they be probably shouldn’t be performimg plumbing work in your home.

These guys answered right away and got me in as soon as they could. The guy that came out was super nice, professional, and quick with his work. I’d call these guys again before I’d call anyone else to have any plumbing related projects done. Thanks for the awesome work!!

They came out said they could do the job and set a date and time to come. Appointment was made weeks in advance for Good Friday 2022, and they where a no show. Called asked where they were and they claim it wasn’t on the schedule. I checked their website and it said they were closed that day. Something seems shady with that. They need to get better at scheduling things.

This is the second time I’ve used Leroy Schannauer’s service. The technicians have been very professional and knowledgeable. They get in, diagnose, and fix the problem, in a timely manner. Will be using them again!

Tony made changing our old piping to pvc effortless! We know it wasn’t. Very clean worker. Knowledgeable! Highly recommend!!

This is a genuinely 5 star business with kind hearted people that won’t bs you. We’ve used Phil who was great and recently Tony and his daughter who were wonderful too. From the front office to the job itself it’s thorough and precise and these people actually care about you and not just your money. 🙂
