Excellent service. We had the ac and heat and water heater replaced. Courteous. Dog friendly. Always wearing booties to keep floor clean. Always asking if we had any questions while they worked. Very friendly. Very professional. All done in a day. Would highly recommend. Great company!

I had water running down into my kitchen from the ceiling. I immediately called Sullivans Super service they were able to come down that day. I would highly recommend for anyone with the plumbing problem to call them first they explained and showed me every step they were gonna do and the plumbers themselves were just great thank you again …..Ms. Terry

My service tech Tim P was excellent. He over delivered. He explained everything he did very throughly and even when I had doubt he took his time and showed me where the issue was until I understood. Even taking his equipment back off the truck to explain to me. Tim is an asset to Sullivan and very pleasant to work with. I recommend asking for him. Not all techs are as thorough and detailed as him.

I’ve used Sullivan for several services since I bought my house in 2018. They’re incredibly responsive and every technician they’ve sent out is friendly and efficient. Can’t say enough good things about this company, they’re my go-to for plumbing/AC issues.
