From the moment I dialed Quick Neighborhood Plumbing & Water Heaters to the time Samuel drove off, the service was streamlined, customer-focused, and expertly handled. Other than the comforting sound of water smoothly flowing down my drains and a little water from my faucet on the sidewalk, there’s no sign that anyone had been at my Pittsburgh home. Samuel was punctual, the charges were exactly as quoted, and he professionally jetted our kitchen drain line. His manners were impeccable, leaving us with a positive experience overall.

Erick was at our Pittsburgh property today, diligently working to power flush our heating system, which had recently had a new boiler installed. Although the original installation was not his work, our heating system was not performing optimally, particularly in the bedrooms. The original company responsible for the task failed to ensure a fully operational system. Throughout the day, Erick was committed to his work, and when asked, he was always ready to explain what he was doing and why. By the end of the day, even though the system wasn’t working at its full capacity, we could feel some heat coming from the radiators. We are confident that given some time, our heating system, which was initially installed 35 years ago, will be up and running efficiently. We are grateful for Erick’s professional plumbing services.
